We know and understand the process to buying a home and will assist you. Our Certified Housing Counselors will take you step by step through the process until you are turning the key to YOUR new home.

The first step is education and information. Homeward Bound Workshops give you the tools and information to become an Educated Homebuyer. You can then work with a Certified Housing Advisor personally to package your loan application, apply for downpayment assistance, locate a Realtor or other housing professional you may need.

Homeward Bound Homebuyer Workshops are held during the week, day and night and weekends. The series of 8 modules are taught in 4 sessions 2.5 hours each or 1 sessions 8 hours. Both sessions require registration and an appointment prior to the first class. Then at the end of the month we hold a roundtable discussion with housing professionals that all the Homeward Bound Graduates can attend to get current updates on loans, available downpayment assistance, how to buy a foreclosure and great affordable homes.

Come learn the coupon lingo, ways to use the internet and how with just a few clips you can save lots of dough! There will be lots of good eats, prizes and fun. Come join us!
